On the Hardware:

1. Press the Envelope button on the hardware (Large button next to the arrows).
2. Sign into your account using the extension number and password given
   1. Password: 437(your extension number)
3. She will give you a few options
4. Listen for a Create Greeting and press the number associated with it
5. Record your name
6. Listen to finalize the selection

Online:

1. Log into your account
2. Click on the voicemail button
3. You will then be connected to the voicemail setup
4. Click on the keypad button
5. Press three to edit your greeting
6. To change your greeting press 2
7. Press 2 once you are satisfied
8. To save your greeting press 3
9. Hang up
